Great customer service from the front desk personnel. The breakfast was superb, attendees were always very attentive to our needs. The cooks prepared delicious dishes. Then we had our housekeeper Raquel, always happy to assist us with our needs. It was great to always see her big smile. We are very happy with our stay at the Encore and are already planning to return but this time with family and friends.

The hotel was very nice in all aspects. The only thing I did not like was that they did not have my room at 3PM. All else, it was very nice. I like the breakfast buffet they had to offer.
