There were few outlets and they were not functional. The room smelled like very humid. Staff was not helpful. Beds smelled as well.

La suite tenía varios detalles de pintura y en las paredes habia grietas muy notorias. En el baño, habia humedad en el techo. Un foco de arriba del escritorio, estaba fundido. El primer día que nos hospedamos ahí, las toallas que nos dejaron estaban muy desgastadas de los bordes.

Buen hotel buen precio mala ubicación difícil para llegar caminado con maletas si llevas auto es más difícil el estacionamiento porque a zona centro y el acceso a la entrada del hotel es difícil de ahí en más, recomendado

Unfortunately the room with a very low level of cleanliness, dirty walls with makeup marks, dirty mirrors, stained towels and almost empty toilet paper, When I call front desk to request a hair dryer, iron w/ board & TP they ask me to come down to the lobby with my ID they will keep it until I returned the iron w/ board, no hair dryer available 😣 an hour later I get back to the lobby and They couldn't find my ID. I stay there until a supervisor shows up after 20 min he finally got a key from another employee to access the drawer and get my license back. Very unprofessional service.

This property is dirty, hazardous sewage smell comes out of the toilet and shower. I checked-out a day early due to the hazardous odor. This property needs to be completely refurbished or removed from Expedia. I raised my concerns with Expedia and I would like a refund due to the misleading listing.
