El area me gusto mucho, la comida , el personal Que trabaja en recepción siempre muy muy amable, nadamas que nunca contestan el teléfono tiene que ir uno en persona si necesitaba algo Lo que no me gusto esque el el lugar necesita más mantenimiento, no a is presión de agua y muchas veces no teníamos agua caliente, nos faltaban luces

They don’t have hot water and when you ask for it, they say they’ve turned it on but they lied. Also the hot tub or small pool was green

Property stated only 1 room but my Expedia app clearly said 2 rooms, pools green and shut down, stains on sheets, clogged shower drains, not hot water...very disappointing experience and nothing like fotos on Expedia

Service was great but the rooms need to be updated. There are some rooms that have no windows at all, very depressing. The AC was not working the first but they gave us a much better room . Staff was the best that will be the main reason for me to comeback to this hotel..

Many parts in the room need to be fix, the sing foucet was loosed, water from the shower was coming out to the bedroom.
