Staff muy amables y atentos, pero las instalaciones pobres, el aire acondicionado no funciona, cama dura, teléfono de la habitación no sirve, pocos enchufes para cargar en la habitación y los que había no funcionaban bien. No tenían crema para el cuerpo o capa para cabello para bañarse, pusimos el anuncio de no molestar y aún así nos tocó la camarista y por último la página de expedía dice caja fuerte pero no está en la habitación si no en el lobby lo cual necesitas pedir la llave. No recomendaría este hotel. Lo reservé 2 noches y tuve que salir una noche anticipada.

Parking and walk ability are the assets to this property. The downside is only 3-4 people can use the two elevators for a 17 story property. We waited so long for elevators.

Disappointing stay
The rooms are clean however absolutely no amenities. Not even a glass to use when brushing teeth. No top sheet in bed just a fitted sheet and a blanket. Bed didn’t feel clean. I asked for clean sheets on second day but did not get them Asked for hair dryer and iron and had to leave my ID at the front desk for those. Asked for a safe and was told the safe was down in the administration area. No room safe.

There was too many people, no free parking spaces and rooms don't isolate well the sound. The hotel location is very good. The staff is very kind. Overall one of the best hotels I have stayed in Guadalajara.

There a.lot of construction around the hotel. Besides.id.the noise at late night was unbearable. Hotel staff was friendly and nice.
