I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The facility felt outdated, and the shower was clogged, causing water to pool and not drain properly. The restroom was also poorly maintained, with a dirty toilet, and the walls were so thin that I could hear people moving carts in the hallways. Additionally, the room lacked a lockbox for securing valuables. We had booked three nights but chose to leave early due to these issues. Unfortunately, it did not meet expectations.

I didn’t like that I was informed about the check out time and the day of the check out just 30 minutes before the time of the check out the receptionist called to the room and told me again the time and I told her it was ok. 20 minutes after (which was 10 minutes before check out time) she called again. It made me upset it’s not my first time staying at a hotel room of course I know I have to leave the room on time. I didn’t like them calling and calling back and forth. I wouldn’t mind if I passed the check out time and they call to remind but it wasn’t the case.
