The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful and pleasant. Everything was walking distance since the hotel is right next to Teatro Degollado. While it is not the hotels fault we were next to a room with children and at 1:00 am they were making so much noise it was hard to sleep. It wasn’t like a baby crying or anything they were running, jumping, and screaming. After about 30 minutes we called the lobby but no one came up until the finally went to sleep about and hour or so later. Restaurant at the hotel was also really good and affordable. While the rooms were very clean they were also cold at night and the heater in the room was not working properly. I would totally recommend this hotel to friend and family due to the convenience in location.

I love this property because it was right in the center of downtown with lots of restaurants and shops to walk around with also the staff was really helpful with my wife and I because we brought frozen breastmilk and had to use their restaurant freezer super helpful workers will definitely stay again

No Wi-Fi whatsoever in the room no hot water at all in the bathroom sink remote control for the TV worked when it wanted to ask a waiter in the morning if I could get a cup of coffee to go, I'm standing right beside the coffee maker with a full pot of coffee on the warmer and I knew it was before the restaurant hours were open but he stood there and lied and said we don't have any coffee yet and I was standing there looking at a full pot. I guess it was because I was an American. I would never stay there again for any amount of money and I would not recommend it at all to anyone.

De Mendoza is less than a one minute walk to the magnificent Degollada Theater and huge Plaza. Nice! And such a charming old-world Spanish colonial (yet classy) vibe at this hotel. Love the roof-top seating and views, especially at night.
