We had mixed feelings about this place but booked anyways we were surprised at how clean the hotel is & staff was great from our arrival to our departure they carried our luggage & welcomed us, only thing is day front desk staff needs to be a little more friendly. The area wasn’t bad we felt safe at all times & we liked that it’s close to everything you want to do or see in the center of town. Definitely will be back

Hotel is nice but we booked room but before that I called and asked if i could check in early because my plane was getting here at 6am. Girl assure me that it wouldn't be a problem. When i got there lady in the morning was very rude and told the other girls to not let me in until 3pm! Me and the wife were mad tired and no one to help us..will never stay there again...

Staff broke into our room while we were out!
You cannot trust this hotel, someone went in our room while we were out and open the drawer we’re important documents and credit cards were in. Their excuse was that they needed to access a gas line from our floor but I didn’t received a call to inform us or anything, they throw things out from the closet and open the drawers. This happened a day before our departure the staff didn’t even apologize for such invasion of privacy. I just hope they didn’t clone my boyfriend’s cards. Phone wasn’t working either. I will be leaving a review on google with pictures.

A couple of things that might had made my stay very comfortable. 1.Needs a refrigerator 2. More ventilation, especially in the bathroom. 3. The shower door was not closing right and water got all over the floor.

Pros: Location and beds are very comfortable. Cons: front desk not friendly, Hallways are dark, lights turn on with sensor, somewhat creepy if you're alone. The blind in room was torn I don't understand why it has not been changed.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. We initially booked a room with a city view but ended up staring at a three-story parking garage. On top of that, there was no hot water, day or night, even after maintenance came to check the issue with no solution provided. The internet was also practically unusable—I could send and receive emails, though with a delay, but any attempt to load a simple webpage would result in errors. After one frustrating night, we decided to leave early. However, the front desk refused to refund us for the remaining nights, forcing me to file a dispute with my credit card company. If you’re looking to stay in the central area of Guadalajara, save yourself the trouble and choose another hotel.
