Their was a massive leak and it messed up my sleep also elevators where down for a day in a half had to walk to 14 floors up and down restrooms weren’t clean in their lobby

Amazing stay here, very helpful staff, views from the pool are great, food was okay. Live music at night and during breakfast sometimes. Will be coming back!

Most of the staff is great, especially the gentlemen at the front of the lobby. They know everything and can get you there. The rooms are cleaned daily when it's convenient for you. I never heard a knock, even when I slept in. You just come home and everything is refreshed. The refrigerators in the rooms either don't work or work poorly. They have Unity signs all over, but not one purchase in the Rock Shop or Café took accepted my Unity card. They explain that they expect you to go online every time and upload a receipt, fill out a form....wait up to 2 weeks. Hard Rock (corporate) needs to step up their game.

Just a little disappointed
The pool was closed on the rooftop; this is one of the main reasons we stayed. So that meant the bar was also closed on the rooftop. Starbucks never had hot coffee in the mornings, only cold drinks. They should consider having some kind of coffee down in the lobby for people to grab and go. The area was so far away from shopping centers. It seemed a little sketchy to walk around outside. I won't be coming back; it is not my type of environment

Parking here jfs a first encounter of your nightmare and then it’s hard to gauge the entrances. On weekend the lower bar has live entertainment. The space is ultra limited so expect to pass this experience that could be a plus. The room extra large and great beds clean linens. In GDL one of your top 3 selections.

I like that it had a Convenience store downstairs I like the amount of restaurants. I also liked the live music on the Weeknd. I didn’t like the chemical smell in the hallways. It was too strong, but not bad.
