We always stay at the Hampton Inn when we have an early flight out of Guadalajara the next day. They have dining available right next to the hotel in a secure area at Denny's or Chilis. The food tastes just like it does in the US. We always feel safe when we stay at the Hampton Inn Guadalajara airport. The rooms are clean and always great. The morning breakfast is always good also.

We always stay in this property when we need to be near the Guadalajara Airport. It is safe and has great dining at Chilis or Dennys right inside the gated area. Parking is safe and easy also.

I booked shuttle from airport over a week before my stay. Got to the airport 45 min before shuttle, contacted hotel to make sure shuttle was coming at scheduled time. I was informed it would the shuttle would be about 10 minutes late. I waited an additional 45 minutes and the shuttle did not come. I called the hotel and the front desk said they would call the shuttle driver to see where he was and they put me on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up and called back. When I called back the third time, the front desk just hung up on me. So after 2 hours I paid for my own taxi to the hotel. Do not rely on the shuttle. Hotel was dirty and stunk like sewage.
