Do not stay here. It’s gross. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. But aside from that, everything else is terrible. The entire place was dirty. The beds themselves were dirty and had stained sheets. The mattresses are hard, pillows are deflated. Bath towels are all frayed and stained. The lights are wired weird so that when the switch is off it turns off the outlet. Oh! And there are roaches! We took a chance on this place and it was terrible.

Un hotel viejo y sucio. La regadera con cabellos en la pared del huésped anterior y hongos. Me salieron cucarachitas en la habitación. Se me cayó una pulsera atrás de la mesita de noche y al moverla todo alrededor estaba sucio y asqueroso. Nada que ver con las fotos de la página del hotel. No lo recomiendo para nada. El desayuno está bien. :)

I didn't like the broken windows the amount of pest arou d the broke. Windows the easy access from windows to street. Plus the pool was really dirty and not accessible easily. And too crowded from the art gallery. Great pueces but overwhelming to eyesight. The personnel was outstanding though, they have excellent customer service.

Cuando llegué a hacer el check in me asignaron habitación y cuando subí la habitación estaba como la dejó el huésped anterior sucia y sin tender la cama, la señorita que está en recepción tiene una actitud antipática con el cliente falta de cortesía, no tienen suficiente estacionamiento y mi coche lo dejé en otra propiedad que no es del hotel, había cucarachas en el cuarto y un olor fuerte a drenaje

The overall experience was excellent. The hotel is centrally located in an area that was close to the places i had to go to. The staff and housekeeping was awesome. Room was clean and furniture was nice. The room was licated a floor level and i would have liked that the bottom of the door was sealed to avoid critters from outside to coming into the room. I also would have liked more pillows and cooking utensils.

To be honest this hotel was very bad. They don’t clean right , the tv is so old it’s not a smart tv, the water is cold, they don’t have good customer service , the light went out 4 times, the pool is dirty, a person came into my room by accident one day and wth. Just terrible

La construccion del hotel ya es vieja y no se le da el mNtenimiento adecuado por lo que las llaves y regadera estan oxidadas con sarro, aunque los pasillos tienen mucha decoracion fina (cuadros, estatuas, etc) el lugar es comodo pero el servicio es malo, no te dan jabon y shampoo y agua mas que la noche de entrada, despues te cobran. En gral fue bueno con detalles malos.

Unfortunately, I got bad experience by cutting myself an a broken glass table. in my room! I reported it to the front desk plus I got flea bites all over my body, I was trying to charge my phone, looking for an electro plug behind the nightstand I saw descanting bugs. Sorry but I have to be honest. Maybe deep cleaning will help for this issues. Anyway I want to mention that the front crew member had a great uniform presentation. After all that I decided to cancel the extra night I had book for my trip.

Reception & Halls feel like a museum. Rooms are spacious, clean & full of beautiful art. Front desk didn’t offer info on pool, check out time, amenities or onsite or near dining. My favorite part is that parking is underground or in front with security guard posted. Water was warm but never got hot. Which on this trip Was ok because it was so hot in the city in general. Would be an issue if I was traveling in cooler months. Beds were comfy, clean. Only had a bare minimum of towels. I definitely recommend this hotel. Lots of restaurants were close by.
