Motel chain acquired by Marriott. Only has the Marriott name, but they’re not familiar with Marriott benefits and/or policies. Front desk staff doesn’t speak English. Hotel is a decent 3 star hotel in a great location, but overcharges by using the name Marriott.

When closing my room door I discovered that applying a small amount of pressure to the “closed and locked” door resulted in it opening easily. I informed the front desk and I was told maintenance would check it out. I returned to my room late evening only to discover nothing had been done. So much for safe and secure accommodations.
Awful experience. Surprised about this Marriot property. I checked in 7.27pm on Wednesday 04/03. Got room 221, and first thing I do getting into the room is use the restroom and take a pee… try to flush toilet and it was already clogged… my wife can’t use it now. Ok let’s call front desk! Phone in the room has no cord… crap! ok let’s walk back to front desk and tell them about the 2 issues: toilet and phone. I would expect a new room by now but they said a maintenance worker is on the way… ok we are back into the room 221 and 5mins later maintenance guy comes connects a cord to the phone and tries to unclog toilet with no luck even after trying for a while, again I would expect a quick reaction from Marriot team and get a new room, but no I’m told to wait and they will be back and let me know … 25 mins later no one has contacted us, I decide to pack my stuff and make a show at the lobby while other customers look at me as I make my rant to the lady in front desk. She doesn’t really care much looks unbothered and told me to speak with manager who is another lady that shows off minutes later. This new lady ‘Fatima’ tells me ‘oh your issue hasn't been solved yet?’… really? What kind of weird world and communication issues does this hotel staff has??? Finally she gets me a new room and a courtesy breakfast… total 50minutes to get a working room, nice record!
Me hospede ahi por ser un hotel nuevo. Mal servicio en general, desde la recepción del piso 1 y el check inn se percibe una falta de entrenamiento. No es un tema del perfil de la gente, simplemente no tienen guia o buena gerencia. El desayuno no estaba listo hasta las 6:45 am y a medias y de pobre calidad, muy amables pero sin entrenamiento. Unas botellas de agua que son mas plastico que agua, el baño no funciona correctamente el flush. Almohadas baratas. Un buen hotel el Staybridge Novena, Fiesta o Hilton Midtown. Este no vale la pena, esta destinado ha ser un hotel de muy bajo costo y mal servicio.
My flight was delayed which caused me to arrive at 1am at the hotel. Their check in time ended at midnight so I was left stranded in their lobby unable to find a place to stay at a hotel that night. I requested a refund for 1 night from the hotel staff, they said I need to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they tried to reach the hotel manager for refund approval but hotel management denied the refund request for the night that I was unable to check in to stay my first night. That’s not right and I will be staying elsewhere next time.
El hotel deja mucho que desear, lo anuncian como "plus" te lo cobran como plus pero no lo vale, los pasillos sucios sin aire acondicionado todo encerrado, los cuartos no tienen closet, el baño no tiene ventilador ni ventana, tiene un solo enchufe en toda la habitación y es un hotel "nuevo". En el estacionamiento hay lugares para discapacitado pero el elevador no llega al estacionamiento y claro tampoco hay valet para que estacione el coche asi que si tienes alguna discapacidad a ver como le haces pero tienes que subir 25 escalones para llegar al elevador. Estan ubicados en una muy buena zona y cobran por estar en esa zona pero el hotel no lo vale. El peor hotel de Guadalajara
