4 bedroom and 3 full bath newly renovated home in nice quiet neighborhood. There are restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations all close by. Local doughnut shop just 2.2 miles away. Starbucks just a 10min drive. The Augusta Masters Golf Course is only 14miles away. Master bedroom is very spacious, King bed and a sitting area room/office area. Double vanity and large soaking tub as well as walk in closet. Washer and Dryer located on the second floor right outside the master bedroom and upstairs living area. Upstairs living area has a pull out couch. There are two more bedrooms upstairs and another full bathroom. Downstairs there is the fourth bedroom and 3rd full bathroom as well as a formal dinning area, family room and open concept kitchen with eat-in table. Kitchen will have all pots and pans, plates, silverware and cooking utensils as well as very nice espresso machine. Walk in pantry and large fridge and dishwasher. The garage has a built in gym and another fridge. The backyard is huge plenty of space to play games or grill.
