When we arrived, we had a couple technical issues. Jose, the attendant on duty, assisted us, and quickly resolved the issues. The next morning Tina, the attendant, helped me with internet use. Both efficient and friendly.

Lovely stay
We had a great stay at this hotel. Lovely big clean rooms, with a great breakfast included. Tea/Coffee available 24/7 as well as fresh fruit. Laundry facilities were also good. Jose at reception was very welcoming & friendly. Great location for all things in Groton as well as in Mystic. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 mins drive

Room wasn’t clean
We stayed in a suite with a king bed. The room was very dark with limited lighting. The floors were filthy, I wish I took pictures. My feet were black from walking on the carpet. When I took a shower, my feet made prints on the tub floor. There was also an orange ring around drain in the tub which indicates to me that it hasn’t been cleaned. There was something sticky on the end table by our bed. The room smelled like urine, as well, however we were a couple floors above the pool. We were supposed to stay two nights but left after one because I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness of the room.

I love that they’re pet friendly and affordable! Staff was amazing and the person that attended us his name was Jose; he was amazing! Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again next time.
