I stayed in Landhotel Steiner multiple times, all good in the past, this time was different. I was given a room facing the front road, I woke up with the traffic noise at 05:00 in the morning. The next day I asked to have another room, I managed to have one only after a vivid conversation. The area surrounding the hotel is very pretty, being rural Germany though is not offering plenty of dining options. I never had a problem in the past as Landhotel have a restaurant, this time it was close the whole of my stay... We had to drive to the closest town to get some food each and every day, with all the inconvenience that this entails. It wasn't the best stay.

It is conveniently located close to a supplier, the room was clean and of a decent size. The bathroom had all what was needed. Pretty German countryside location, not many means of transport available if you don't drive. The restaurant is good.

Ich komme wieder ...
Super freundliches Personal - auch gegenüber meinem Hund. Gutes Frühstück. Schöne Außenterrasse zum Sitzen am Abend. Ideal gelegen, sowohl um Coburg als auch andere fränkische Highlights (Kloster Banz, Bad Staffelstein, Seßlach) zu besuchen. Auffällig auch die Freundlichkeit und Bodenständigkeit der anderen Gäste. Nur das Zimmer war etwas klein. Insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. An Sauberkeit mangelt es sehr. Balkon war sehr schmutzig. Im Hallenbad bröselt die Farbe von der Decke. Das Frühstück war gut und es gab auch reichlich Auswahl. Wlan funktionierte sehr schlecht. Die umliegende Städte sind alle in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Die Suite war ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war gut. Leider war weder im Hotel noch im ganzen Ort ein Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings deutet der Schimmelbefall auf den Kacheln in der Saunadusche auf eine über längere Zeit fehlende Reinigung hin.

Hôtel sympathique pour un séjour au calme.
Séjour en couple. Hotel calme et reposant. Pas de restauration à partir de 19h30, mais l’hôtel dispose d’un frigo dans lequel se trouve des sandwichs et des boissons.

Wir haben das Hotel zum Besuch einer Konzertveranstaltung besucht. Es ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Frühstück entsprach in jeder Hinsicht unseren Erwartungen. Da wir nur eine Nacht das Hotel buchten, konnten wir leider das Restaurant und das Schwimmbad nicht besuchen.
