Excellent position. A few minutes walk from the sea, in front of a big free parking and a play ground for children. Letizia and Carlo are very nice and available. The apartments are fresh, comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated. Cleaning is impeccable. The structure has various apartments of different dimensions, including a studio flat therefore it is suitable for families with children, couples, groups of friends and singles. Absolutely recommended.

Восхитительное место для семейного отдыха у моря
Удобные и комфортабельные апартаменты для большой семьи. На кухне есть все необходимые приборы и принадлежности, на улице - зона барбекю и детская игровая зона. Парковка возможна как во дворе, так и на улице на общественном месте. До пляже 5 минут неспешным шагом. И самое главное (на мой взгляд): есть широкий, протяжённый и чистый бесплатный (!) пляж. Рядом для любителей комфорта есть платный пляж с удобствами. Идеально работающий wi-fi. Удобное расположение апартаментов с возможностью посещения терм Сатурнии, поездок в Сиену, Массу Марритимма и другие городки Тосканы. Очень приятные и отзывчивывые хозяева! Спасибо! Рекомендую!!!

Villa très propre, à 1 minute de la plage, toute équipée, avec plein de livres et jouets pour enfants. Restos à côté. Il y a même un appareil pour caster sur la télévision du salon, très très pratique !

Tolle Location, um Die Ecke und du bist am beach! So etwas haben wir lange gesucht! Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr gepflegt, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.Parkplatz am Haus.check in und alles andere war absolut problemlos. Sehr nette u d hilfsbereite Vermieter.

Ein superschöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist in allen Belangen super. Auch die Lage zum Strand ist perfekt. Wir hatte unsere Sonnenschrime und liegen dabei uns sind ca. 300 Meter von den kommerziellen Liegen entfernt. Es waren sehrt wenig Touristen dort, was wohl auch Corona zu "verdanken" war. Es war dann ca. 20 Meter Abstand zwischen den Familien am Strand. Wir haben auch mittag immer noch einen weitläufigen Platz in der ersten Reihe am Wasser bekommen. Die Radelwege nach Crosseto und Castiglione della Pescaia sind ebenfalls sehr gutund lassen sich auch mit kleinen Kindern (unsere sind 4 und 7) mit guter Grundkondition meistern. Die Downhill- und Trailfreunde müssen ca. 60 km mit dem Auto nach Massa Marritima fahren. Die Locals haben dort super Strecken auch für SemiPro's in den Berg gefräst ;-). Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt - wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Soluzione ottima.., specie per chi ha bambini al seguito.
La villa è in ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dal mare; è disposta su due livelli: piano terra ottimo, piano mansarda buono, anche se con bagno da migliorare (box doccia, mobiletto lavabo). Perfetto il giardinetto e spettacolare la camera per i bambini, strapiena di giochi! Pulizia buona. Letizia, la proprietaria, e suo marito sono persone molto attente e sempre disponibili a risolvere qualsiasi problema: un ringraziamento particolare a loro e alla Sig.ra Ivana. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è quello di sostituire i materassi..., si sentono un po troppo le molle.. La consiglio vivamente!!

Tolles familienfreundliches Haus.
Das Haus liegt nicht nur nahe am Strand, sondern verfügt auch über viele Einrichtungen, wie Spülmaschine, viel Spielzeug für Kinder (innen und aussen) und auch sonst ist vieles vorhanden, was zum täglichen Gebrauch dient. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen.

Una villetta sul mare attrezzata di ogni cosa... Tutto come in fotografia!!! Pesce fresco al porto ed un bel barbecue per cucinarlo!!! Ci sono pure due biciclette da poter usare per andare in paese... In questo periodo Marina di Grosseto è deserta ma per me e la mia famiglia è stato un valore aggiunto!!!! Passeggiate tranquille sulla spiaggia pulitissima e mare fantastico.... Grazie Letizia, offri un servizio stupendo!!!! Ci torneremo

Sehr schönes Haus direkt am Strand
Wir haben mit der Familie eine sehr erholsame Woche in dem excellent ausgestatten Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz und einen schönen Garten. Genial ist auch die Nähe zum Strand und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Vielen Dank an Letizia für die sehr gute Betreuung.

Una settimana che vale un’estate
Mi aggiungo alla lunga lista di note positive e le confermo tutte. La villa è ampia, ben arredata e pulitissima, con un bel girdino, adatta ad ospitare comodamente fino a 9 persone. Il mio gruppo era composto da otto adulti, ci hanno fatto comodo i doppi servizi, la doccia esterna e una cucina super attrezzata di tutto punto. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alla spiaggia, libera o a pagamento, al supermarket, alla pizzeria e alla minigastronomia. I proprietari, carini e discreti, sono disponibilissimi a consigliare e indicare le numerose e rinomate località che si possono raggiungere comodamente da Marina di Grosseto. Soluzione abitativa assolutamente consigliata per una vacanza senza problemi e di sicuro successo.

Vacanze da sogno/Traumurlaub
05.2018 Casa da sogno. Bellissima pulitissima accogliente e comodissima. Abbiamo trascorso 9 giorno indimenticabili. Con tutti i confort possibili. Spiaggia a due passi, un giardino grande e bello. Due bagni e una terza doccia fuori. Una cucina ben atrezzata e PULITISSIMA mai visto prima in una casa vacanze un frigorifero così pulito. La signora Letizia è gentilissima discreta e molto disponibile risponde subito ed è molto interessanta al benessere deigl' ospiti. Siamo molto grati per queste vacanze. Ein Traumhaus Super sauber, gemühtlich, groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist fast vor der Haustür. Das Haus hat 2 Bäder plus eine Ausendusche mit Warmwasser. Der Garten ist schön groß und Kinderfreundlich. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr SAUBER habe in einer Ferienwohnung noch nie so einen sauberen Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Man findet in der Umgebung alles was das Herz begehrt landschaftlich, kulturell und kulinarisch. Letizia ist sehr diskret hilfsbereit antwortet sofort und ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Wir sind sehr dankbar für diese schöne Zeit.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit Kindern
Wir haben im Mai zwei sehr schöne Wochen bei Letizia verbracht! Das Haus liegt direkt am Strand. Im Haus und im Garten gibt es viele Spielsachen für Kinder. Wir sind mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern gereist und für uns war die Zimmeraufteilung nicht so optimal (im DG befinden sich 2 Doppelbetten ohne räumliche Abtrennung; im Erdgeschoss 1 Hochbett sowie ein separates Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett). Die Fahrräder bedürfen einer Reperatur oder Erneuerung.

Wunderschöner entspannter Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem wunderbar auf Kinder ausgerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Von Kinderbetten über diverse Fahrzeuge, Puzzles, Rutsche usw. Grade für Kleinkinder optimal. Alles sehr kindgerecht und liebevoll gestaltet. Die mitgebrachten Spielsachen blieben im Koffer und die Kinder konnten sich rund um die Uhr beschäftigen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alles wunderbar und ohne Probleme. Auch die Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer war toll. Der benachbarte schöne Pinienwald lud zum Spaziergehen und Fahrradfahren ein. Wir werden wiederkommen. Danke für die schöne Zeit Letizia!
