The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room, which is also well equipped with Smart TV. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina or the central air conditioning and ceiling fans. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio and a small private plunge pool, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. Take in the view from the patio is of the Rodney Bay Marina with its beautiful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is well equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby. A small office is also situated on the ground floor which is the ideal private workspace.
