Beautiful apartment house "Chalet Pfingstrose". In the district of Teufi, 200 m from the centre, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, south facing position. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Roofed, parking at the house. Shopping centre 200 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 100 m, bicycle rental 400 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Pfingstegg" 50 m, railway station "Grindelwald" 900 m, indoor swimming pool 800 m. Golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, tennis 900 m, minigolf 600 m, sports centre 800 m, mountain railway, gondola lift 300 m, ski rental 300 m, ski bus stop 50 m, cross country ski track 500 m, children's playground 800 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Thuner-/Brienzersee 18 km. Please note: no lift. Ski bus (free of charge). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Grindelwald. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
