I know it’s an extended stay but just for the first time around can some toothpaste be given. Need better comforters.

Less than we expected for the rating on Hotels.com. Building had an off odor and the bed frame was a metal cheap one. Advertized as having a kitchen but no plates or utensils provided.

Overall it was a decent experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn’t provide breakfast but they had coffee all day, which was good. Bed was a little squeaky but, we slept okay.
My neighbor was involved in a fight, and the police were called. The bathroom roof has black mold. The bathroom sink drains slowly. The floor in the room becomes moist after showering, and the humidity in the room is high.
I did not like anything about it. Noisy and could not sleep. My bed looked like it was up on 4 stilts and mattress was hard. No I’ve in the building and no ice trays.
I stayed for almost 3 months due to a misunderstanding and the situation was handled very poorly, rude and disrespectful involving the property manager invading my privacy without warning and I overstand their policy nevertheless I don’t feel that their policy gives them the right to walk into any room without at least giving the courtesy of announcing entry. I could’ve been naked in a compromising position also On top of the treatment from a misunderstanding on their part they refused to give me the remaining Balance that summed up to $600+ even though reimbursing my security deposit which validated my position that the gun was jumped. I was targeted and relentlessly persecuted with false allegations. While speaking with an employee I was advised that this a regular technique that’s used to keep deposits and balances nevertheless I received my deposit back therefore how can a trip be cut short and monies are reimbursed for unused time and monies refunded for meeting security deposit. Just be weary staying here all that glitters isn’t glitter. Not to take jabs nevertheless the office staff is standoffish, rudely direct and aggressive. The Cleaning staff and janitorial was excellent.. they kept the property sparkling clean and maintenance was timely and efficient. An extra praise to the Housekeeping staff they are Top Tier and handles their positions with professionalism and Leaves your room with a feeling of Comfortablity and a touch of Love!!
