Perfect for those seeking comfort, relaxation and fun in the snow, with everything they need for an unforgettable holiday in the mountains of the Aosta Valley.

The living room is spacious and functional, with a foldaway double bed that blends perfectly into the environment, offering comfort and practicality. Opposite is a comfortable sofa that can be converted into two single beds, ideal for accommodating the whole family. The room is completed by a dining table for six and a Smart TV to enjoy relaxing evenings after a day in the snow.
Kitchen:
The kitchen, although compact, is equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. It includes a dishwasher, microwave oven and a full range of appliances to ensure maximum convenience.
Bedroom:
A small and cosy bedroom with a bunk bed, perfect for children to sleep comfortably in a dedicated space.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is complete with everything you need, with modern sanitary ware and a large bath to ensure maximum relaxation and practicality.
Extras:
The flat has a private parking space in the underground garage, as well as a convenient room located opposite the entrance to the flat. This space is equipped with a special cupboard that emits warm air to dry boots and a dedicated area for storing skis, ideal for winter sports enthusiasts.
In accordance with Article 19 of the Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza (TULPS), Italian law requires us to register the identity documents of all guests staying at our establishment. To this end, we would like to inform you that we use professional management software that guarantees maximum data security and confidentiality. Prior to your arrival, I will ensure that the flat is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.
There will be fresh bed linen and towels for each guest, two rolls of toilet paper and a welcome kit in the bathroom. I would also like to inform you that as we are not a hotel, Italian law forbids us to provide guests with any kind of food even if it is just simple oil, salt and pepper, and as we work professionally, we are bound to follow Italian law.
