Overall it was good. But because it’s a older hotel I think they need to renovate. The very small hotel soaps are way passed era they need to give a better amenities it’s awful and I only found 2 small packs of shampoo the morning I was leaving Cob webs around the windows outside. A little more dusting would be great But overall a nice stay

Beautiful grounds cleaned manicured peaceful. Service was extremely slow over 75 minutes of waite at the restaurant to ta our order food was ok but nothing exceptional. Pool is extremely cold not enjoyable for a swim.hot tub bot very accesable.pool area bot cleaned up very very slippery no towels ...we were told to usethw ones from our room.

J'ai récemment passé un week-end dans un hôtel absolument charmant qui mérite d'être recommandé. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la beauté de l'endroit, entouré de paysages magnifiques et offrant une multitude d'activités. Nous avons eu l'occasion de faire du paddle, du kayak, du pédalo et de profiter de superbes randonnées. Chaque journée était remplie de découvertes et de plaisir.La nourriture était un véritable délice, avec des plats savoureux et bien présentés. Le restaurant de l'hôtel a su ravir nos papilles à chaque repas. Les installations pour la baignade étaient également agréables, bien que nous ayons noté un léger manque de serviettes disponibles, ce qui pourrait être amélioré.Cependant, quelques détails mériteraient d'être ajustés pour une expérience parfaite. Les tapis dans le corridor menant à notre chambre dégageaient une odeur un peu désagréable, ce qui contrastait avec le reste de l'hôtel, si bien entretenu. De plus, l'accueil à la réception aurait pu être un peu plus chaleureux. Un sourire et un accueil plus convivial auraient ajouté une touche de confort supplémentaire à notre séjour. Malgré ces petits inconvénients, notre week-end fut un véritable succès, et nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir. Un lieu où l'on peut vraiment se détendre et profiter de la nature tout en savourant une cuisine délicieuse.

I stayed for 2 nights the housekeeper didn't show up after the 1st night. I asked for microwave and it was dropped in the floor infront of my door, I had to carry it inside the room. Next day didn't get clean towels even though I asked for it.

Les installations sont vieillissantes. Les appareils sanitaires sont tâchés et rouillés. La porte patio fait un bruit assourdissant et glisse difficilement et l’air climatisée ne fournit pas. Les portes sont à clé standard et difficiles à débarrer. Même les lits sont durs et les oreillers trop petits.

Beautiful property, large spacious rooms and suites, bbqs and picnic tables outside of ground floor rooms. Pool temp was cold. Continental breakfast was excellent with deli meats, boiled eggs and pastries as well as the usual cereals and offerings. Fresh fruit 🍎. Lauded berries which you normally do not get. By 4 the second day we had to ask for housekeeping and reception made a call to bring cleaner back to our room. There is a bar fridge, mic and dishes for 4, soap but no dish clothes or dish clothes to do the dishes. I would recommend this resort for adults and families.

The Hotel is old, it can use an upgrade, on many levels. The smell of when you walked into the room, was damp, musty . The elevator was cleaned with ammonia. The room was left a bit untidy The safe lock is was missing ,to be told at check out the key and lock was at the front desk??? There’s no safety latch on the door. If I would have been by myself, I wouldn’t felt safe. The pool was not cleaned. The hot tub was warm, not its usual temperature. There was no water dispenser. Today everyone is carrying a water bottle. Not impressed, will not return. Will not recommend

Beautiful location with nice amenities / features (e.g., hot tubs, kayaks, pedal boats, continental breakfast, evening campfire). The rooms are dated. The small indoor pool is not properly heated. Although the staff who were working were friendly, they were clearly short-staffed and our room was not refreshed after the first night even though we repeatedly made the request.
