Location is central to other cities that offer hunting, fishing, sports and other events: Enid, Sardis, Oxford, Memphis, Jackson, and Starkville.

Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, appliances, cookware, dinnerware. Charcoal grill on site. Ceiling fans in every room. In addition to the 5 beds there are two queen, self-inflating air mattresses and a double fold-out sofa in the living room area. Central heat and air.
