It was convenient to everything like restaurants etc. what I didn’t like the bathroom, the shower floor was not stable, when you stepped in the floor sunk in, no slip guard on shower floor and it the shower was peeling.

My wife and I attended the Springfest 2024 at Bon Secours Wellness Center. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and checked in room then we left and went to concert. Then we returned to the hotel and then got up for breakfast next morning. We returned back to the room for a while and prepared to leave and checkout. My wife had some coffee and had drank about half of the coffee and decided to pour remaining in sink. My wife screamed and told me to come look in the sink we saw two small bugs that was poured from her coffee cup. My wife literally threw up in disgust thinking about she had consumed coffee with bugs. I asked do you want to make them aware she said “NO” let’s get out of here. I’m very disappointed and I want management to be aware of this situation.

When I got to my room I found a dead cockroach on the floor. The Hotel said that they have this problem. The morning I left, there was a cockroach walking across the room. I told the front desk and they said that Fridays are the day they spray for bugs.

Our stay was good and room felt comfortable. The only suggestion I have is to add a door nob or handle to open and close the door on bathroom door as it was too tight to move the door.

This is a great hotel! Everything was clean and it was priced well. The girl at the front desk was great. If you happen to be going to the radio room then you can walk there from this place. I will definitely stay again if and when I come back through this area. Thanks!

Other than the thin walls, this is a great place to stay. The room next door blasted the TV ALL NIGHT. This is not the properties fault, just be aware the walls are thin. Super clean and smelled clean too! Super friendly staff! Hot shower! Breakfast area was well kept and stocked up with hot, fresh breakfast items as well as cold cereals waffles and oats. I would stay here again!
