As you enter, you’re greeted by a welcoming dining area that flows into a fully equipped kitchen featuring brand-new appliances, a dishwasher, and both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. To the left of the dining area, you'll find a spacious full bathroom with a shower and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. To the right is a bright and cozy sunroom with ample seating, ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with a good book.

Down the hall is the first bedroom, featuring a comfortable queen bed. The second bedroom is perfect for families or groups, furnished with two bunk beds that include twin beds on top and full beds on the bottom.
