Our home is a newly renovated, professionally decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property with a bonus 4th bedroom/game room and study. It's a spacious 2200 square feet with a large open yard on a quiet corner lot. Easily accessible to Downtown (less than 4 miles), Haywood Mall (2.5 miles), Bob Jones University (1.5 miles), Furman University (9 miles) and many other area attractions. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other conveniences within minutes of our house.

Master Suite: King Bed, renovated en suite bathroom, tv
Bedroom2: Queen Bed, dressing table, very spacious
Bedroom 3: Full Bed, dressing table
Optional 4th Bedroom/Bonus Room: Twin Daybed, tv, Wii game system, books and games for little ones

Lovely, large living room contains tv and plenty of seating.

Study is convenient for business travelers with a nice desk and comfortable rolling chair. Great for video calls!

Well equipped kitchen with café table for morning coffee. New appliances. We particularly love the induction cooktop!

Dining Room with coffee station and locally made farm table which easily seats 10 plus. Great for family dining and game night! Our dining room is always a guest favorite!

Laundry Closet with new washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry essentials.

Hall bath is spacious and newly renovated.

Perfect Family Getaway in Greenville!
Our recent stay at this home in Greenville, SC, was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family. The home was exactly as advertised—spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience.The beds were incredibly comfortable, just as described, ensuring everyone in our group got a great night’s sleep. The location was another standout feature. As frequent visitors to Greenville, we can confidently say this home is in an ideal spot—convenient to everything the city has to offer while still providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.One of the highlights of the home was the game room, which was a fantastic bonus. It provided a great space for the kids to entertain themselves indoors, giving the adults time to relax and unwind. This house was beyond our expectations! Like others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. The home was beautiful and had lots of amenities, even for my 6 month old baby. Very spacious, several areas for us to hang out. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was wonderful, and the fully equipped kitchen let us make breakfast every morning. I made use of the Keurig too! The couch is comfy for lounging in the evening watching TV and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Lovely home with plenty of space
We were pleasantly surprised - the house looks even better than the pictures! It's spacious and decorated beautifully. There was lots of seating and TVs, and I slept really well on the king bed! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I even enjoyed coloring a little bit in the coloring books that were available in the office. :) I would say the only thing that could be improved is the backyard patio - there's a grill but the table and chairs aren't very comfortable. Also, just a warning - if anyone in your party is physically disabled, the driveway is very slanted (but no steps to get into the house so that might help!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this home again in the future.

The house is great! The listing photos don’t do it justice. It was great having two loving areas so we could have the grandkids over to visit and we could spread out. The dining table seats 10, which was a plus. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated, separate coffee bar, toys, books, puzzles - had something to keep everybody busy in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

Great home!
We were very pleased with our stay at this property! In fact, given the choice, my youngest teenager would like to move in permanently! There was plenty of space to spread out and with a large family we were all able to eat together at the large dining table. Cooking was a joy with all of the necessary cookware/utensils already there! Beds were comfy and all rooms were very clean including the bathrooms. We look forward to using this home again when we come back to visit!!
