This property is badly in need of renovation. It seemed old, dingy and dirty. They apparently are working on it, but looking at other reviews, it’s been going on for a while. The pictures look much nicer than my room was. It needed repainting and the walls were all banged up around the recliner. There is only one bedside table. The picture shows a full size refrigerator (one of the reasons I picked it) but it was only a mini fridge with no freezer section. The sheets were thin and the towels were small and thin. I won’t be staying here again.

Good if you’re looking for a low budget motel. The room was old, the carpet was in rough shape, and you can hear EVERYTHING! From people walking in the hallway, doors slamming, and guests on the other floors staying up until 4am banging on the floors. We slept so poorly both nights and regretted not spending an extra $50 to stay somewhere more modern.

Disappointing. Terrible towels, both in size and condition. Breakfast was not available due to remodeling. Carpets dark, dingy, old. Stove top on sink counter was nice, but nothing in the cupboards to use for any food prep. No plates or utensils so stove top was useless. Poor insulation. It sounded like the people above our room were using pogo sticks between 9pm and 2 am. The best part was the walk-in shower which was clean and appreciated.

The property is under renovation - there is no breakfast. They did not clean the room or provide fresh towels. The noise level during the night was terrible and staff didn't care. The shower control does not function properly, the door doesn't close so the floor is flooded. I was bitten several times while sleeping...bed bugs? Would not recommend - we were desperate due to the hurricane.

Very tired property. Our room was not serviced. We had to go to front desk to ask for coffee packets. Hair dryer didn’t work. Debris in the hall and elevator remained there for two days, so nobody was vacuuming. Holes in the bath towels. No wash clothes in bathroom.

NO POWER
Booked this during hurricane Helene when we didn’t have power. After days with No power we arrived to find out that this hotel also did NOT have power. Which I realize was not their fault but it should have been disclosed when booking. I could have sat at home in the dark for free why would I pay to do that?!

We were treated terribly
I wish I could review the hotel; we never got to stay there. Despite my calling earlier in the day to say we would need a late check in ("no problem"), I received a call at MIDNIGHT saying they no longer had a room for us. They overbooked. But never fear they had moved us to another hotel w/in 5 miles. You can imagine how unhappy I was as my wife was on her way to the hotel, already exhausted. Still 2 nights w/ 2 beds? Yes, they said. Is the place any good? Definitely, they said. My wife gets to the new location and they know nothing about this whole transfer. They also do not have 2 bed rooms, completing screwing up our family plans for the weekend. And the hotel was not the worst I've stayed in, but not far from it. My wife and daughter felt nervous the entire time. I had to be the one to bring up some sort of compensation for this mistreatment and 10% off is all they did. Handled terribly all around, so this company gets zero stars from me.

Upon check in I was informed regarding the incidentals deposit 150$ there was an accident with vomiting in the room I was told it would need to be cleaned before check out, so I returned and cleaned up the vomiting still to be charged an additional 150$ on top of the security deposit plus my stay! I have pictures and will be disputing charges with my bank because they aren’t willing to fix a mistake they made for charging my card without my consent
