Tv was almost completely black could not see the picture the toilet kept running water after it was flushed. The hairdryer in bathroom was a fire hazard definitely needs replaced. No trash can except in the bathroom. Could have used a little more cleaning

I think the hotel is "homey" feeling. I think the smoking section is roo close to the entrance. I have asthma and respiratory issues. When I go in I get lungs filled with smoke.

Staff smoking outside by the main front door at almost every time I went out to my car. Strong Smell of smoke although it was a non smoking room. I won’t be staying in any Microtel Inns again.

I chose this hotel because of past positive experiences. The upgrades were super good! I appreciated the opportunity to have a microwave and mini fridge at my disposal. The staff was friendly which is a plus.

The room walls are super thin, the people in the next room you can hear clearly what they are saying, the room smelled musty, and the wall had a hole in it. I walked out, my room was non refundable but the on the website the room appears nicer than it really is.

As usual the hotel met my expectations. I am not looking for frills and special ammenites. I am looking for comfort and that "homey" feel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. My onlt drawback would being located on the second floor. Having mentioned that, I know that I cannot always get what I prefer. I got what was available. The elevator was very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at the Microtel Inn and Suites in Greenville, NC. All the staff were super helpful and friendly, including assisting me with a smile on a couple of issues, even on a packed ECU Family Weekend. I will definitely book again (plus, you can stay for an affordable price.) Greenville folks are so nice and passionate about their Pirates! I love it!

Hotel room was definitely small. Floors could have used better cleaning. Inside the toilet wasnt clean. Shower drain was gross around the edge. Hairdryer was filthy. Nightstands, clock, tv and desk could have been cleaned better. Baseboards were flithy and grime caked on them. Elevator door and floor was gross along with hallways could use some attention along with windows and a paint job. Staff were very friendly though

Staff very nice and professional!
The night desk operator was very nice and helpful to my needs and wants, the young lady in the morning was very nice, kind and very helpful!! I will be staying there every time I visit Greenville North Carolina once or twice a month!
