My bathroom was not cleaned and there are a lot of mattresses at the aisle. Obviously, there are working on a lot of changes but those things smell terrible.

A very nice stay. Only issue was the sound proofing between rooms. Our "neighbors" had very energetic children. Staff was great. Very helpful. Sent us to a great restaurant.

First of all, I was not recognized as a Rewards Member. I had to tell the clerk at front desk. I always have trouble logging into my Rewards account to make reservations. During the stay, lots of slamming doors all throughout both nights of stay. When I tried to check out, I stood at front desk for at least 20 minutes for staff to come to front desk, even after ring the counter bell. I stay at IHG hotels a lot, but not sure if I will use this one again.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the bedding. The top cover had blood on the inside portion. It was obvious the sheets were not changed, at least not the top cover. I reported it to the front desk and the desk attendant said she would report it. Meantime, I told a maid on the floor and she changed all the Linens so we would feel more comfortable the next night. I tipped the maid from another room to get what should have been a basic expectation, CLEAN SHEETS AND TOP COVERS! No apologies from the Manager or compensation for the horrible feeling I still have at the thought of blood on our bedding.

Bathroom was dirty. Shower had hair in the tub and walls and the sink had dried up toothpaste. There were 2 roaches crawl around the mini refrigerator and air conditioning was leaking. Maintenance came and fixed the problem it the carpet was soak and wet around it.
