My bathroom was not cleaned and there are a lot of mattresses at the aisle. Obviously, there are working on a lot of changes but those things smell terrible.

A very nice stay. Only issue was the sound proofing between rooms. Our "neighbors" had very energetic children. Staff was great. Very helpful. Sent us to a great restaurant.

First of all, I was not recognized as a Rewards Member. I had to tell the clerk at front desk. I always have trouble logging into my Rewards account to make reservations. During the stay, lots of slamming doors all throughout both nights of stay. When I tried to check out, I stood at front desk for at least 20 minutes for staff to come to front desk, even after ring the counter bell. I stay at IHG hotels a lot, but not sure if I will use this one again.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with the bedding. The top cover had blood on the inside portion. It was obvious the sheets were not changed, at least not the top cover. I reported it to the front desk and the desk attendant said she would report it. Meantime, I told a maid on the floor and she changed all the Linens so we would feel more comfortable the next night. I tipped the maid from another room to get what should have been a basic expectation, CLEAN SHEETS AND TOP COVERS! No apologies from the Manager or compensation for the horrible feeling I still have at the thought of blood on our bedding.

Bathroom was dirty. Shower had hair in the tub and walls and the sink had dried up toothpaste. There were 2 roaches crawl around the mini refrigerator and air conditioning was leaking. Maintenance came and fixed the problem it the carpet was soak and wet around it.

They advertised a pool and a Hot Tub. Pool was not even filled yet and Hot Tub had been concreted over years ago. Either Expedia or Holiday Inn should have mentioned this. Also very difficult to fine. There is not a sign to indicate entrance to property. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is clean enough, and close to the horse facility, but there are people living there and it shows. A table and chairs set up in the lawn with people who live there drinking every night (and morning). VERY strong smell of pot everywhere. Halls, outside, in our room. We won’t stay here again, it feels seedier and seedier every time. Nice hotel, but just not for us.
