There is really no sign of of a clean hotel room. The top cover was really nasty with spots on it. The trash cans will also nasty a bag was just put in the cans without cleaning the cans themselves it was just gross. The only area of the hotel that looked clean was the kitchen area
Clean with prompt service requests performed. Front desk was helpful with my miss with Expedia thought I booked 4 nights reserved 3 by mistake made another booking for forth night. Front desk just ask to check out and in because of paper all done in minutes. I’ll stay there again

Had a good stay on a golf trip there. The only concern was a slow elevator that didn't seem to be hitting on all cylinders.

The staff was friendly and attentive. However, the bathroom floor was dirty. It may have been vacuumed or swept up, but it should be mopped between visitors. A little water was spilled and when I wiped it up with a paper towel, I realized just how dirty the bathroom floor was. The sink did not have a drain or stopper. Just the hole where some medicine fell down the drain by accident.
Well after a 15 min wait I was greeted with a yo what's up by the desk person then go to room booked a double king got a single queen doesn't looked like the floors had been touched with a vacuum in days

It was clean. We stayed there because we had a 6 am flight and need a ride to airport.
We checked in late at night and there was a dead roach in the lobby area that was still in the same spot in the morning. I noted it to the staff so they could clean it up. Also our room was musty smelling. Additionally, two workers were arguing in the breakfast area after breakfast hours very loudly and with abusive language. The manager had to speak with them to calm down. I clearly heard it while getting coffee.
No amenities available. Breakfast not prepared at published start time and no. Explanation from staff. Untrained and distracted staff. Room was not outfitted with coffee cups not was there coffee in the lobby area. Water pressure in bathroom was lousy.
Call ahead to make sure they have enough keys for the rooms and to make sure the pool is working. On the 1st day we had to be let in our room and the pool was out of service and this was on the 4th of July. The hotel room was clean. They provided new towels upon my request daily the staff was great very polite courteous and professional.
No hair dryer in the room. One wash cloth for 2 people. My “clean” bath towel was stained with coffee. Two doors down from us smoked pot and it was coming into our air vents. *****Please, please check both elevator floors as they bow down when stepped on.****** Elevators were not working properly and are a safety hazard!!!
The hotel itself was very neat and clean including the room. I do wish that the hotel would post outside the lawn that people with pets pick-up after their pets and that a leash be used for each pet.

Kinston stay.
Hotel service was very good, friendly and kind. The room was so/so. The air conditioner seem to be blowing humid air to the point that everything in the room was damp. That includes all bedding, floors and the doors were swollen so they would not shut. It was very uncomfortable to sleep in a damp bed. The room also smelled like a wet dog from being so damp. The floor was not vacuumed before we took possession of it. There was dirt and candy left untouched on the floor. The pool area was nice and attended to. The elevators were a little scary…the doors on them were very slow.
The rooms were not clean. The needed to request clean bedding upon check in. The bathroom was not clean and the carpet was filthy with stains. I will never stay at any Hampton Hotel again ever.
I had to slam the door for it to close. I had to play with the lock for the door to lock. The shower head barely released water. The bathroom vent fan was loud. It need to be replaced. The rooms at this hotel need to be QA’d before releasing to customers. Room 313 needs some attention.
