Nice place for one night.
It was a nice hotel with a comfortable bed. The bathroom needs to be larger. It was very nice to be able to have breakfast at 6 am.

When we entered the room, it had a weird smell. The closet door was off the track and broken. When we used the shower, water leaked on the bathroom floor into hallway and in front of the entrance door. Maintenance came fixed it but only lasted 2 days before did again. Continued getting busy signal when we tried to call the front desk. The room was quiet and the beds very comfortable. All staff encountered very pleasant and helpful.

The room had all the things we would need except a safe. The beds were comfy and the bathroom of a good size. The gym was small but had the equipment needed. The only negative thing was there was an off smell, almost like urine. We switched rooms and the smell improved, but it was still lingering. Not sure if it was from the heating system or what? the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We checked in late in the evening and the staff was very warm and welcoming. On the second day we lost our key and the staff walked us to our door to ensure we got in. Anything we needed they were incredibly prompt and friendly. The hotel wasn’t conveniently located to where we were visiting but their hospitality made the drive worth it. 10 out of 5 stars for the entire staff!

Being a Hilton member I was shocked with this Hampton. First, was minor issue being the room reserved was not available and assigned a different room. Second, was a major issue. The bathroom looked as though it was not cleaned with built up dirt in corners and dried fecal matter left on toilet seat! Third, with raining outside, window leaked water inside sill and puddled on floor. Forth, One of the two elevators floor has deteriorated or been damaged that there is clearly a hole under tiles. I will never stay there again. Shameful conditions for a Hilton group property.

There was a horrible smell in the room and the carpet was not sweep. The Air conditioner was covered in dirt and dust and was very loud and did not cool properly. Cover had blood on it and the shower curtain was dirty with black spots on it.
