Great stay and a good and fair price
Very friendly, clean, expansive lobby, looks new. Good use of color and stone inside and out for decor. Terrific breakfast, one of the best for a free buffet. The coffee was excellent, which is available 24/7. The rooms ware quite good and worth the price. The shower and bath were large and had a walk-in shower. Easy to use controls. I would go back if we are ever in the area. Lots to see in the area.

Last time we were in the Greenville area we stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street from this Fairfield Marriott in Washington. And the Fairfield Marriott is much nicer I have to say. The breakfast area is bright and open. The food is great. We were only staying over one night. We would stay here again when we’re in the area.

The hotel itself was nice. Good check in, clean, comfy room except I had a street light shine in the room all night that lit up our room. The curtains cant close. So I was awake all night!!!

For the price, it is a little more expensive than I feel you get for the price. The rooms are on the smaller side, but bathrooms are large with walk in shower. Staff is very friendly and breakfast is good with hot/cold options. Staff at the breakfast does a great job refilling food stations.
