I didn't appreciate being double billed for rooms I was upset I called Days Inn over 15 times to fix the error it was finally fix took few days and because of the anxiety of this my blood pressure went up and never receive call from management of Days Inn in Greenville, Alabama and my sister went to get towels and there were five in room and they informed her they only have four big towels no face towels they were out!!!!! I got double billed for taxes which has been corrected I never endured such poor customer service

The room was extremely dated, which would’ve been fine, except for the bed linens had stains all over them, the sheets, the pillows, the comforter everything it was disgusting!!! The property itself was convenient by the highway, but it needs to be razed and built again!!!

The rooms were clean, and bed linen was clean, staff professions and friendly. The electrical outlets did not work so we had to get use out multiplug to charge our devices. When we plugged something into one of them, it made a crackling sound and sparked like static.The bathroom door did not latch. The tub stopper did not work and the TV had lines going up the middle making it very difficult and irritating to watch tv. The electrical issues were concerning and for that reason we did not feel safe. Had there been other hotel rooms, we would have moved to another hotel.
