They front desk was polite and helpful when coming in in the early am hours. I had my service dog. Had a heat issue they quickly moved my room. Breakfast staff was friendly and area was kept clean while people were making their messes. Housekeeping was friendly and very nice. Over all even though we went chasing snow for grands, no snow but we had a enjoyable visit. This hotel was very clean, staff was awesome, would recommend anyone to stay here.

Once we entered the lobby , there was a smell of marijuana. The person at the front desk was clearly under influence- physical appearance, rude and snappy. The room next to us was so loud until 4am that we had to call the front desk but even then it didn’t stop until 6am. If I could give a 0 rating , I would

The host was arrogant and defiant about my dog being a service dog and having to pay for a former retired police dog. I mean extremely arrogant energy. Didn’t need it. After a 8 hour drive.
