obviously it is old, but no elevator.... had to carry all luggage up stairs. We had a man with us who can't walk very well.... was not condusive. Staff was friendly, but Quality inn should not associate with this property.

Looks run down and sorta dirty. The bed sheets appeared clean and the bathroom wiped down, but there was general grime and dirt everywhere else. One chair was covered in dirt. Looks like they overlooked it. All the corners and under the mattress were quite grimy as well. A few clean towels had hair on them. No idea if they were actually clean. I used my own towel. I would not stay again.

The rooms were filthy. There was no complimentary breakfast. Instant oatmeal and dry cereal because there was no milk. The waffle maker was broken, or so said. The vending machine was almost completely empty, the pool wasnt accessible. You only got one towel and there was a 45 minute wait for extra. Windows were broke. Come off right into your hands when you tried to open them. There was homeless people loitoring outside and coming inside. There was 2 females helping the one housekeeper in clothes that were in appropriate for a place of business. plus by the look of my room, they aren't helping very much. The employees themselves were great. Very polite and friendly. What I thought was a great rate for this room, actually is too high for what you are or are not getting. Owner needs to step up and take care of business or sell it to someone that will. I definitely will not be a repeat customer.
