Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Marriott Management, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Upon checking into our room, we found a box of beer cans left in the fridge. This discovery raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and thoroughness of the room's preparation. If such an obvious oversight was made, it makes me question whether the room was cleaned properly at all. I even called down to the front desk in hopes someone would come retrieve the box left in the fridge and nobody ever came. I expect a higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail from a hotel of your caliber. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the overall hygiene of your establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues.
