This relaxing 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with 3 kings, 1 queen, and a 4 twin bedroom has plenty of room for your family and friends. Adults can enjoy the HDTV, kitchen, fireplace, and deck that sits 8 upstairs while the kids enjoy the 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong table, board games, Wii, PS3, and poker/card table downstairs. Incredible Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. Sip on your favorite beverage on the patio furniture on the dock viewing glass smooth water while fishing. Absorb the view in lakeside Adirondack chairs or sit fireside at the huge fire pit overlooking the lake while roasting smores. Cool off in our pool overlooking the lake. Grill outside on our large propane grill or on our Traeger wood pellet burning grill. Books, board games, 2 HDTVs, WiFi throughout the home and property, and computer with internet access and printer are available for your use rain or shine! Neighborhood amenities include private boat ramp with locked boat trailer storage, tennis courts, basketball court, and a 2 mile wooded hiking trail. The 1 mile cove is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or water sking. If you want to venture out of the cove, you will immediately see the Ritz Carlton with all of it's dining and spa amenities. There are also 2 marinas and boat/Jet Ski/ Etc. rentals within minutes of our home. Within 15 to 20 minutes of our house, you will find many excellent restaurants, Publix grocery store, cinema, and hospital. You will love shopping in nearby historic Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison. If you are interested in booking in 2 or 3 installments, please send an inquiry requesting 2 or 3 payments.

tranquility along Lake Oconee
This is my second stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. There was plenty of space for my party of seven and plenty of amenities to preoccupy us when we weren't on the golf course. The pool water is clean and crisp making for a refreshing plunge after a day in the sun. The house is located within a tranquil cove of Lake Oconee making time on the dock quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

This lakehouse is located on a peaceful cove and there are so many things to entertain young children..from the swimming pool to fishing on the dock to paddling in the canoe or on the paddle boards. The house suits our multigenerational family (ages 2-69) very well. This was our third stay and we hope we will be lucky enough to return.

60 anniversary family celebration
Family from North Carolina, Florida and Georgia gathered together to celebrate the 60th wedding anniversary of our parents. The lake house was the perfect place for our family. Very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well appointed and served us well when we had our cooking competition…which my team obviously won!!! The wood fire pizza oven was also a hit.

Absolutely beautiful home!
We loved this home, and its beautiful landscaping, charming pool, and gorgeous porch. The location on the quiet cove was very nice, and was a respite from the rowdier parts of the lake. The communication with the owner was very good, and all of our questions were answered promptly. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to the area. Thank you!

Church group get away!
We brought our young adult group (along with some older adults and my 2 year old!) we had a great time! It was great for everyone! Great cove! The pool was perfect for my little boy and the younger boys loved the downstairs playground- complete with a huge TV, poker and ping-pong! Plenty of space for us all! Would highly recommend!

WOW this house had everything I could think of. Thanks for having the perfect home on Lake Oconee in a quiet cove for our family vacation. We had 3 generations here and had a blast. The ping pong table, poker table, the paddleboards were all so kind of the owners to have to make it even more fun.

A Memorable Memorial Day
Our extended family spent a memorable Memorial Day weekend at Lee’s property. He was a gracious and responsive host who worked quickly with us to answer questions and problem-solve. The house easily accommodated three couples and four kids under the age of four. Lovely and quiet neighborhood. Pool and deck and dock are fantastic!

Perfect home for our stay
We were at Lake Oconee for a wedding in Greensboro. This home was large enough for our extended family and for everyone to have their own bed. We were able to hang out at the pool the day after the wedding and relax. We had everything we needed and it was an easy drive to Greensboro, and the Publix. Highly recommend this home.

This home with its quiet setting and many extras made for a super fun weekend for our 3-generational family. What made our stay fabulous: - The amenities/extras! This was our 5th rental at Lake Oconee and the first time an owner generously shared a canoe, paddle-boards, and fishing rods. It really made the difference in our ability to fully enjoy the lake. And because the home is in a quiet cove, we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic. Other things that made our stay enjoyable: - The pool! - A dining table for 12 - Relaxing around the gas fire pit at night - Watching the Dawgs on the big screen - Playing ping-pong - The screened porch - Comfy beds - The well stocked kitchen One miss: - The pool was not functioning properly when we checked in but Lee worked with us and his pool service to resolve the issue quickly.

Perfect serene seting
Great place and beautiful setting. Much of what we would say has been well documented in terms of the house, sleeping arrangements and amenities - its all great! We used the pickleball courts down the street every night and never saw anyone else there! We also used the paddle boards and rafts and other pool and lake toys which was very nice and handy to have available. All in all a great stay with tons of different seating areas to read and enjoy the quiet setting! Thanks Lee - great stuff you have there!

The perfect getaway!
We absolutely love to staying here! We went with some friends and our kids, everything was so clean and nice. The house is very up-to-date with so many amazing features. The pool was perfect, and it even has a cover for the safety of children, which was amazing for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

PERFECT
We had a fantastic stay just relaxing and had everything we needed. This house had all the amenities we needed and has a beautiful view of the lake. The downstairs was a perfect spot for us to gather and hang out. Pool was awesome. Took the canoe out and explored a bit. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend on the lake.
