Walk in and smelled instantly of moisture or mold or mildew. I understand that there was a pool, which didn’t help the fact. But overall not satisfied at all, way outdated and when we got to the room, the smell of overpowering cleaning chemicals trying to cover up the mold mildew outdated smells… we went to a Cincinnati Reds game for the evening, then went to Hollywood casino and came back to hotel and wasn’t feeling the stay or room at all, checked out and drove 2 hrs home…

Is an older Hotel so need to put that in account. But was there two days no iron in room had to go to desk for one. No coffee pot in room don't have any and the one in lounge closes after breakfast. Desk help were very helpful 4 stars.

I was there on 20 minutes. The lobby had signs everywhere concerning fighting. The key card envelope said to make sure the door was locked and not to open the door without verifying the identity of the person. It felt very unsafe, so I left. they refused to give me a refund. Kept $180.00 for one night.

Toilet clogged, front desk said maintenance left at 3pm, manager was off til Mon., it was Sat. Offered extra towels if the toilet over flowed. When i said that was stupid and unexceptable, they called the police for me and my family, with 3 small children leave. Front desk clerk then sent the police in the pool area to talk to some random black person that was not me. Will NEVER stay at this hotel EVER again or any by this name.
