A serene waterfront setting for this beautiful Whidbey Island home is a relaxing retreat looking out over Saratoga Passage. Enjoy the extensive waterfront view from inside the home or step out on the large deck overlooking the beach to sip coffee while watching the birds, seals and the whales frolic in the horizon.
Currently, there is no direct beach access. The beach is reached at the community park, a short walk to the end of the road in the neighborhood.

Guest will have private access to the beach house. Guest will enter the house via a smart lock system using a pin to bye sent prior to your arrival via email from sandandseapropertymanagement@gmail.com. Guests are free to check in anytime after the 4:00pm check in time.
The house is two levels with the family room, kitchen, 2nd bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The primary bedroom bathroom and studio are on the second level. The studio is spacious with 3 twin beds.
A car is necessary for this property. Although there is bus service on the main highway, you will want to explore the island with your vehicle.

This house is light and bright, if you require a darkened room to sleep, this is not the house for you. This house is not recommended for toddlers or young children. There is a security camera on the back deck activated by movement which is currently not monitored but we are required to let guests know of the camera.
