The staff was so friendly and the rooms were clean. I saw the hall way carpet being cleaned by two polite workers. I definitely would recommend this Best Western.

4 stars only - Breakfast lady not so nice!
From check-in to checkout everything was great except the lady in the dining room. She needs a little attitude adjustment. Maybe smile at guests and say hi or hello to them as they come in the dining area and make people feel at home. She was just doing her thing and not even greeting us until we greeted her first. Not very welcoming lady. We love the location of this hotel. Very close to restaurants, mall and groceries. We have to go to Eaton and this place is only about 20 mins away. So convenient.
