Updated with basic modern amenities and prepped for up to sixteen guests, Dowling House sits atop a hill overlooking the Napanee River Valley and Mohawk Bay on the Bay of Quinte on a one-acre property in the rolling fields and forests of the Lennox and Addington countryside. Enjoy a cozy cottage getaway with family and friends, build a campfire under the stars or get cozy by our fireplace, and make us your base to explore the region.

Guests will appreciate easy access to Prince Edward County, Sandbanks, local vineyards, and the cities of Napanee, Belleville, and Kingston. Only five minutes to Highway 401. We pride ourselves in being a clean, affordable option in cottage country : )
