The hotel is in rough neighborhood,vagrants approached us on the street upon arrival, the bathroom taps had rusty brown water coming out of them, the pool had no water in it, the room stunk very badly of curry, the front desk guy was very friendly and tried to move us to a different room but we weren't immediately turned off and found another hotel in a safer area.

Not impressed, continental breakfast was bagged with no choices. Coffee machine not working first day, no juice. Poor management attitude. Water brown from tap. Fan not working, dirty behind bed side tables. Will not go back to this motel.

Our room was not clean when we went to our room. When I went back they gave us another room with two separate beds. That’s not what I had paid for. The property is pretty run down as well. We were awoken at 5:30am by an alarm in the next room. Nobody was in the room. Just the alarm going off

The hotel is in bad part of town, an adequate parking the parking garage was filthy and unattended with people hanging around around the garage of it. I refused to stay there and the clerk got defensive and argued with me charged me $90 for cancellation but double charged me when I call Expedia. they said they didn’t charge me after checking with this dump now I’m going through my bank to get my double charge off my account. Do not stay here run from this place.

This property has relatives spacious rooms, it is clean, quiet and easily in walking distance from dining options. The manager Arlo is very approachable and helpful, as are the other staff. This is a great place to stop if you are heading either west of north of Great falls.
