This property was great. It was super clean and had great smelling hair and body set. The check in area had complimentary water and some candy which was delicious. The reason I knocked one star was because the shower did not drain easily and when we asked them to come clear it, it took 2 phone calls and 30 minutes. Additionally, it didn't seem like it was actually resolved as they just pushed a lot of product down the drain and when we went to take another shower, it still drained slowly. Not a huge deal though as we only stayed one night, but worth noting.

Modern hotel in a good location
Lovely modern hotel near the centre of Graz. A short walk down to attractions, restaurants and shops. The room was big enough for the 3 of us with a king size bed and a sofa bed. The bathroom was very modern with toiletries in eco friendly bottles. If breakfast is included in your price take it, otherwise it costs 23 euros per person and half price for children under 10 which I think is very expensive! Staff are friendly and helpful. If you opt out of having your room cleaned, you receive a voucher for a free drink from the bar for each person in your room. Great idea!

Perfect location
Perfect location for walking into the heart of town, shops, restaurants. Easy parking immediately next door. Everyone at reception was extremely helpful. I am sure to stay again, but will ask if they have a room with a softer bed.

Almost perfect stay
Thermostat was not operational so we slept very hot due to no air flow. No shower gel. Otherwise very nice, spacious, comfortable room and hotel lobby.
