The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. The water in the bathroom wouldn’t shut all the way off. Hallways were dirty even after cleaning crew cleaned them. Breakfast was burnt and cause the entire hotel to smell like burnt food. Cereal was stale and not edible. Juice and milk were not chilled. Various problems that all lead to overall poor management and poor staff.

After calling ahead to double check reservations and late check in . Hotels.com never made the reservations lied about sent me all the right emails to verify. And like little baby Jesus birthday no room in the INN . Front desk man wasn’t helpful and didn’t know anything I was told at 3 am they take back your room.

This site was just ok. We had an odd odor in our room which was quite annoying. The room was not what I would consider clean. The toliet seat was broke and should have been addressed.

Worth the money
We have stopped here three times. We know that we can trust it to be clean. The non-smoking rooms are truly non-smoking rooms. The towels are a little thicker than your average cheaper hotel and we have come to trust this place. Feels safe and I get a good quiet night sleep.

Nice spot. Clean room but musty smell. Maybe the carpet? It felt damp. Pool needs a good vacuum. Understaffed in morning. One girl trying to do the breakfast and run the front desk all at the same time. No big complaints though, I would stay there again.

1 - on second floor and no elevator and I have a bad knee 2 - when they came to clean room all we wanted was fresh towels to switch out and he had nothing to give us so he went down and grabbed two pool towels to give us 3 - nobody at front desk when we arrived or left - had to wait at least /0 min for somebody to check us in 4 - sheet had a horrible yellow stain on it so I took that top sheet off
