Spectacular coastal sunsets await at Grayland's Breakwater Inn, where the sunlight always seems to hit this first-floor condo in just the right way. Crabber or beachcomber, angler or whale-watcher, you'll delight in being only a short walk from the beautiful ocean beach.

The Breakwater Inn is a peaceful property that seamlessly blends modern comfort with a sense of nostalgia for the coastal vacations of your youth. On the grounds, find grills, crab cookers, picnic tables, and firepits available for your use. Follow the path immediately west to meet a broad stretch of open beach, or head over to Grayland Beach State Park half a mile south. Explore the nearby town of Westport (seven miles), tour the International Mermaid Museum (13 miles), or hop on board a whale-watching or fishing charter.

Named for Patterson Luark, a judge and justice of the peace who helped develop much of the town's infrastructure, this condo has a wonderful sense of place. Through the sliding glass doors, find a grassy area with a picnic table where you can sip your morning coffee, have an alfresco lunch, or indulge in a glass of wine at sunset with a view of the dune grass stretching down toward the ocean. Enjoy a game of Pickleball on the new court!

The interior living space features a compact but well-equipped kitchen, a dining table that doubles as a great space for board games, and a smart TV mounted above an electric fireplace for evening entertainment and ambience. In addition to the bedroom, there's a comfortable bed in the living room for extra accommodations.

Things to Know
The hot tub is available to all guests at the property and is operating on a first come, first serve/available seats basis.
There is no washer/dryer.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

This condo offers its guests a spa tub and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
