This splendid escapade enjoys a location like no other - it's right on the shores of Little Sebago Lake with a private beach, a private island, a dock, and four kayaks (two adult and two youth). The charming town of Gray is six miles away, offering great restaurants, convenience stores, and breweries. Some must-visit attractions include Maine Wildlife Park, Spring Meadows Golf Club, Tassel Top Park, Seacoast Adventure, Poland Spring Golf Course, Donnabeth Lippman Park, Franco Center, and Pleasant Mountain.

This retreat is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts! Launch your small boat and kayaks from the dock, host summertime cookouts with the provided gas grill, relax in the hammock under the shade of tall trees as you read a favorite book or take a midday nap, gather around the firepit to roast s'mores or dine with a marvelous view from the spacious lakefront deck.

Upon entering this tranquil retreat, you will encounter a bright and spacious open floor plan with gorgeous views of the lake. Wind down in the welcoming living area, featuring a cozy sofa in front of a smart TV with streaming services. When mealtime comes, surprise your guests with their favorite recipes thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. The kitchen has all the essentials, including all major stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee maker that will please coffee enthusiasts in the group. The lakefront deck is equipped with an outdoor dining area - perfect to dine alfresco!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
