Good, comfortable, well-equipped house.
Overall very good. Not really enough room for all 9 of us to eat comfortably, had to use garden furniture, but we managed OK!

Stay at Granville
The property was in a good location and well equipped. It was a spacious property and easily big enough for the 6 of us. renters should be aware though it seemed more like somebody's home that was being rented out than a holiday home. Wardrobes had owners clothes in them and other cupboards had owners items in them limiting available space. Also there was no information available in the house regarding local emergency contacts and local attractions etc. We needed details for a medical emergency so had to ring the Concierge. This can be easily rectified with a visitors info pack.

Great location and property
We had an excellent time in Granville, the property was great, well equipped & spacious. We felt the location was perfect, 5 mins walk to a Lidl & a bakery, 10 mins walk to the beach, 25 mins to walk to the centre of Granville and right next to an aquatic centre which our two children loved. Also very easy to get up the coast to Jullouville & Carolles with excellent beaches. Cristophe also made the stay very easy, letting us in when we arrived and being on hand if we had any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Avons passés un très bon séjour. Maison très agréable et très bien équipée. Peut-être ajouter une petite rampe dans la salle de bain du bas. Maison vraiment très agréable. Merci !

Très bon séjour
Maison très agréable et bien située louée pour un long week-end de retrouvailles entre amis. Nous étions 9 personnes dont 3 enfants et la maison convenait parfaitement et les 2 salles de bain sont un vrai plus. Le jardin est agréable et la proximité avec le bord de mer (+ d'1 km) est très sympa. Seul bémol, une connexion wifi très capricieuse. Maison recommandée et accueil de qualité.

Très bon séjour à Granville chez Agnes
Nous étions entre adultes d'une même famille dont des seniors. Nous avons apprécié : le calme du quartier, l'accès rapide à la ville en voiture, l'accès en 5 minutes à pied à la plage, la propreté, les équipements, la décoration, le jardin... Nous avons utilisé toutes les chambres et salles de bain et avons même fait un barbecue. Seul petit bémol, le mitigeur de ma douche du haut (je ne sais pas pour le bas) très difficile à réguler vers une température normale. Franck & La Famille

Un peu loin de la ville
Maison très fonctionnelle et accueil impeccable. On aurait toutefois aimé savoir que c'était si loin de la ville, pour éventuellement budgéter une location de voiture (trop tard une fois que l'adresse exacte nous a été communiquée). 20mn à pied de la gare, des montées raides aux vieux dos, ce ne sont pas des promenades de tout repos. Peut-être pourriez-vous préciser ces distances dans l'annonce (1,6 km de la gare).

Spacieuse et agréable.
Une maison spacieuse, agréable, bien conçue et très bien tenue dans un quartier calme et tranquille avec un jardin où il fait bon prendre l'apéritif en fin de journée. À deux pas d'un bel espace aquatique, à 15 mn à pieds de la gare et 25 mn à pieds du centre-ville. Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille très agréable. Entrée et sortie sont facilitées grâce à la conciergerie de la Baie disponible et à l' écoute.
