Not clean at all!
The pullout bed in the couch seems like it has never been replaced, very thin and springs are showing. We asked for an extra blanket and the one we got had dirt on it, when we went down to ask for a different one we were told that was the only one they had. The king bed was incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows are half the size of a standard size pillow and super lumpy. The blankets on the king bed had not been washed, there was food or something caked on them. It was the worst night sleep for our entire family on our road trip. The floor of our room had trash in the corners as well. The water slide (in the pictures for the hotel) has also been taken down because it was unsafe. The continental breakfast was a joke, awful coffee, some Twix flavored yogurts and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. There was a pancake machine but it was broken. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. You couldn’t pay me to stay at there again.

Great except breakfast
Everything great- staff very accommodating, helped me extend my stay in the same room for an additional night. Only issue was the breakfast- pretty sparse selection, would rather have paid an extra $10 for a decent meal offering.

In thr initial listing of this hotel. It talks about a great free hot breakfast. However for our stay there was no such thing. Your choice wa some rubbery tasting pancakes, a microwaveable breakfast sandwich or some yogurt. Was very disappointed.

The overall experience was fine and my kids enjoyed the pool and arcade. Our only complaints was a bad smell in the hallway and stairwell that was nauseating, our dishwasher was broken, there was old candy in the pull out couch, and nobody asked how our stay was when we checked out.

I recommend this hotel even though some odd things happened. Check in was very nice, went to our room and someone left a trout in the toilet. It wouldn't go down so the room was out of order. We were moved to another room and the A/C was broken. The next day the elevator was out of order! Then we left items in the previous room and we were helped by the 3-11 front desk clerk, a most delightful girl named Brandi. She was extremely helpful and a real professional. I travel frequently and the industry needs more Brandi's. She definitely deserves a raise!

The hotel does the trick when you want to stay near Hershey Park. It’s affordable and convenient, but there’s not much else to say. The room we stayed in was run down and not very clean. Same with the rest of the hotel. There is a game room and small basketball court which is great for the kids. I’d stay again to visit Hershey Park because the price is right.
