Because I use Expedia rather than book through hotel, my honors is only silver so we weren’t allowed vending for drinks and snacks. Fire alarm went off around 11pm. Vacated with kids and no one came out to tell us all clear. Dogs barking on our floor all night.

Great family trip accommodation
Room was clean and beds and linens were high quality and comfortable. Hot water at certain times of the morning needed to be well planned to shower on our Saturday stay. It would have been nice to have daily room service to empty trash and replace towels but necessary items that were needed daily were provided by front desk upon request. Breakfast offered was good and food area was kept clean and well stocked. Was concerned when we noticed a lot of dogs at the property because my husband has allergies, but everything was kept clean, so he had no symptoms during our stay. Good location overall to restaurants and to Hershey park. Would stay here again. Price was reasonable. Would recommend for families.
