Performing Arts Theatre, And 7 minute drive to I-5 , 5 minute drive to highways 238 and 199. The BRITT in Jacksonville is a 30 minute drive on 238 and they have top rated concerts, lots of shops and a charming city. Hardwood floors in the kitchen. A FULL SIZE Kenmore HE clothes washer and dryer in the hall way with folding doors to hide when not in use. Dining room table has a center leaf and extra sesting for six people

Beauty Rest “back care” King-size bed, on a gorgeous hard wood bed frame and matching end table with lamp. a floor lamp. is on the other side The bedsheets and duvet are designer quality . A large walk-in closet w/ lots of space , and 2 chest of drawers 2 large windows with blinds makes it light and airy. 40" SMART TV
MASTER BATH..... Large with lots of built-in cabinets and a single sink, tub with new shower hardware, and new Martha Stewart shower curtain and skylight with a small window and ceiling heater. Luxurious towels and nicely decorated
GUEST BEDROOM.... Queen-size BeautyRest bed, with wonderful, Designer bedsheets and duvet, very nice chair for reading by the sliding glass door that opens to a large balcony with patio table and 2 chairs, it overlooks trees and space. In the room also is a chest of drawers, lovely bedroom set, Clothes closet with folding door
GUEST BATHROOM.... Nice and large with, a single sink and built-in cabinets and a stall shower with new shower heads. Nicely decorated, whimsical Martha Stewart towels
KITCHEN..& Dining.....New wood dining table seating for 4-6 people ; 4 chairs and a bench. sits off the kitchen and opens to the living room. Built-in appliances ( dishwasher and electric stove/oven). Microwave over the stove. Double door refrigerator with ice maker. Lots of beautiful built - in cabinets and pantry w/ sliding drawers, turntables, countertops and space. The kitchen ifs fully outfitted with the best glassware, dishes, cutlery etc. A small window sink and skylight completes the look with a roomy , and airy feel. The door to the garage is off the kitchen.
note: There"s a sliding glass door in the guest bedroom that opens to a balcony with a charcoal barbecue and chairs for 4 guests. One car & electric garage door opener.
