Complained about the stomping upstairs guests....at 1:00am....roused off-site manager. Stomping intensified due to call. Nothing was done...checking out complaints of not paying....they had my card...and since I had reserved for a week, charged me for a full week! How's that for a restful night? My credit card company isnt paying!!!

Great value!
This hotel is brand new and was a great value. The design is efficient and modern. Location was great, with restaurants and cafes nearby and access to the city proper very easy. Noise was a bit of an issue - people upstairs seemed to arrive at about 0100 hrs and started banging around at 0530. Another guest in the elevator told us her room was super quiet, so just bad luck for us.
