This was the most embarrassing day out of 60 years of my life going to hotels. This is the first time I’ve been so embarrassed and humiliated. The man called the police and said we did not pay for the hotel when we paid through Hotels.com the reservation paid the wrong hotel. The manager did not give me a chance to show her like I showed the police that the room have been paid for, my grandkids didn’t know what was going on. We were so embarrassed. Had the police come and talk to us and then walk us off the premises I would never say I have not received my refund from corporate or no one or Hotels.com.
