Clean and well appointed room for a quick overnight after getting in on a late flight. Close to the airport. Accommodated our request for a late check out with a smile. Decent breakfast. Very kind and helpful staff. Recommended and would stay again.

Poor Customer Service
I inadvertently booked the wrong location. It was supposed to be airport north however I selected south. I do understand it’s my fault however I had prepaid and my understanding was that if there was a no-show that I would be charged for one night however I was charged the entire reservation which was $500+. My third-party that I booked through contacted the actual hotel and they declined to refund me. I would’ve been OK with just the one night charge. I still stayed at a Holiday Inn express (north), so the company overall did not miss out. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express for work for a year and a half and traveled there three weeks out of the month. Poor Customer Service!

Blind was broken. No way to see out the window. I was there for 5 nights, and they couldn't / wouldn't fix it. Towel service intermittent. No bathmat several days. Pitiful for a Holiday Inn Express to be managed this way.

Just Ok
Check in was relatively quick. The rooms don’t muffle noises well. I slept poorly from various loud noises and other customers running around the halls, which could be just a one off incident. Upon check in I requested a shuttle at 4:15 am. The shuttle did not arrive and staff was informed there was a change in shuttle driver companies. After some phone calls, the shuttle surprisingly arrived unknown to staff. I had to then cancel my uber. That was a lot to deal with at 4:30 am in the morning.
